1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to N2Five ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), a professional job application management service accessible at n2five.com (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using our Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
N2Five provides a managed job application service whereby:
- Users submit their personal, professional, and resume data to our Platform.
- Our team and/or automated systems apply to job opportunities on behalf of Users at employers and job platforms of the User's choosing or as identified by us.
- We track application statuses and communicate relevant updates to Users.
- We may leverage User data to match Users with relevant job opportunities.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- Have the legal right to work in the jurisdictions for which you are seeking employment.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy at all times.
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@n2five.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Collection and Processing
4.1 Categories of Data Collected
To provide our services, we collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport or national ID information.
- Contact Data: Email address, phone number, home address, city, country of residence.
- Professional Data: Resume/CV content, work history, educational qualifications, certifications, skills, professional memberships, portfolio materials.
- Sensitive Professional Data: Salary expectations, notice periods, visa/work authorization status.
- Communications Data: Messages exchanged with our team, feedback, preferences.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage logs, cookies.
- Third-Party Data: Data received from job boards, employers, or other platforms in connection with your applications.
4.2 Legal Bases for Processing
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to deliver the job application services you have contracted with us.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing to improve our services, detect fraud, and ensure platform security.
- Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent, including for sharing your data with third-party companies as described in Section 6.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
5. User Consent, Authorization, and Data Rights
5.1 Explicit Consent to Data Processing
By registering and using our Platform, you expressly consent to:
- The collection, storage, and processing of your personal and professional data as described in these Terms.
- Our team accessing, reviewing, and utilizing your resume and profile data to submit job applications on your behalf.
- The transmission of your data to prospective employers, HR platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- The retention of your data as specified in Section 7.
- The sharing of your data with our third-party partners and affiliated companies as described in Section 6.
5.2 Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at legal@n2five.com. Withdrawal will result in suspension or termination of our ability to provide services. We will process your withdrawal request within 30 days.
6. Data Sharing, Disclosure, and Third-Party Use
6.1 Sharing with Employers and Job Platforms
To perform our core services, we will share your resume, professional profile, and relevant personal data with prospective employers, online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and similar), headhunting firms, and staffing agencies.
6.2 Sharing with Third-Party Business Partners
By accepting these Terms, you expressly authorize N2Five to share your personal and professional data with our affiliated companies, business partners, and commercial third parties for career services, background verification, educational platforms, salary benchmarking, recruitment technology vendors, and financial service providers. We enter into data processing agreements requiring appropriate security standards.
6.3 Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may use, sell, license, or share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data derived from User information for market research, industry analytics, and commercial purposes. Such data will not identify you individually.
6.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified where required by applicable law.
6.5 Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your data to law enforcement, regulators, or courts where required by law.
7. Data Retention and Storage
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account.
- Post-Account Closure: 5 years following account closure.
- Application Records: 7 years for legal and compliance purposes.
- Communication Records: 3 years.
- Financial Records: 7 years in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the UAE, Canada, and others. We implement Standard Contractual Clauses and comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
8. Jurisdiction-Specific Privacy Rights
8.1 United Arab Emirates — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
If you are located in the UAE, we comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at legal@n2five.com.
8.2 European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland — GDPR / UK GDPR
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@n2five.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
8.3 United States — CCPA/CPRA and State Laws
California residents have rights to know, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. To opt-out, contact us at legal@n2five.com. We do not sell personal information of users under 16 without affirmative authorization.
8.4 Canada — PIPEDA and Provincial Laws
Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including rights to access and correct personal information and to withdraw consent.
8.5 Pakistan — Personal Data Protection Bill

8.6 Brazil — LGPD
Brazilian residents have rights under the LGPD including rights to access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion.
8.7 Other Jurisdictions

9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest using AES-256 or equivalent.
- Access controls and role-based permissions.
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing.
- Incident response procedures and breach notification compliant with applicable laws.
Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you and applicable authorities within the timeframes required by law (72 hours under GDPR).
10. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information; not submit applications to roles for which you lack stated qualifications; promptly notify us of changes to employment status; and not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The Company bears no liability for consequences arising from false or misleading information you provide.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, branding, and technology are the exclusive property of N2Five or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform as described in these Terms.
You grant to N2Five a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and transmit your resume data and profile content solely for the purpose of providing the services described herein.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
In no event will our aggregate liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) inaccurate or false information you provide; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
14. Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately, and you remain liable for any obligations accrued prior to termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us in writing at legal@n2five.com. We will endeavor to respond within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules, conducted in Dubai, in the English language, before a single arbitrator.
16. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of such technologies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
17. Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at legal@n2five.com.
18. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may freely assign our rights.
- Force Majeure: We will not be liable for failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
