We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, country, industry, work history, and resume files. We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction logs via cookies and similar technologies.

• To send you application status updates, reports, and service notifications
• To process payments via Stripe (we never store card numbers)
• To improve our platform and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers (Stripe for payments, AWS for storage, SendGrid for email) under confidentiality agreements
• Employers — only your resume and cover letter, when applying on your behalf
• Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Resume files are deleted immediately upon your request.

Depending on your location you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@n2five.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and sessions. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core functionality.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

N2Five is operated from Dubai, UAE. Your data may be processed in the UAE, EU, or USA. For transfers from the EU/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
